Something is not +ING up!???

What exactly is wrong here? I mean all the elements are correct, the look is just not adding up. I'm awfully confused...maybe its the shoes? I mean, I like the blazer and one piece. Maybe you guys can help me out because I'm totally clueless. I just do NOT like this whole get-up.
