Yay or Nay?

She was this close *holds thumb and index finger an inch in space away from one another* to being in the 'mess of the day' category. A few friends of mine said they actually like the look??? To say the least, I wont be asking my friends for any styling tips. Me? I say HELL NAY on this look. I adore the Chanel tweed but loathe the short, short, short shorts. Along with the two toned Louboutins? No WAY!
