Yay or Nay?

Dree Hemingway opted for a brilliant yellow and nude Valentino dress, Valentino sandals and Repossi jewels to the amFAR gala in Cannes. I like the almost striking discorded colors of the dress as well as the design. Although I thought her make-up needed work, I say YAY...what do ya think?

A Look I'm Lovin!

This child has potential! The ever so lovely Rachel Bilson attended the after party of Blue Valentine in a fitted leopard print Isabel Marant dress that made me want to give her a pat on the back! Absolutely GORGEOUS..this ladies and gentleman is STYLE. Although I would have LOVED to see her go out of the box and wear a heel that wasn't black, she made sure that the heels had flare. The ruched peak shoulders and the two lined belt made me grin in appreciation! I love it Rach....keep up the good job!

Now THIS is the Diane Kruger I Know...

Diane Kruger glided down the Cannes red carpet premier of The Tree in a eye catching Jason Wu gown that took my breath away. The strapless, lace accentuated, two toned dress clashed with the red carpet but made Diane look absolutely STUNNING. I love the pear shaped diamonds she accessorized with, which only made her all the more beautiful. Gimme more Diane...I know you have it in you!

Mess of the Day: Mischa Barton lolololololololol

What in THEE world? I dont know why but this picture makes me laugh...sorry :( Ok...so Mischa attended the amFAR's Gala at Cannes in a white Marchesa gown. The gown is absolutely stunning but something's just not adding up. Is it the make-up? Hair? I, personally, think its Misha, she's a hot mess. Ok, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. Its the hair and make-up.

Hmmmm...Diane Kruger is an up and comer(for me, fashion wise) and I absolutely adored her Vintage Chanel look at this year's Academy Awards but this Vintage Chanel look on her does not tickle my fancy...in the least. It makes her look like a corpse, firstly. And secondly, I think its somewhat overwhelming on her. I think if the dress was altered to lose the sheer neck piece then the look would have been a little better...but this? No way.
Hmmmmm...Karolina Kurkova decided to..well I'm not exactly sure what she's trying to do here but it aint workin'. Marchesa in my eyes can do no wrong, but Karolina has wronged me. It almost makes her look like an old saloon girl, no? Yeah, thats what it is, she looks like she just got off a shift at an saloon!

SMH..Elizabeth Banks choose Atelier Versace(again, she wore the same at this year's Oscars and she looked MAGNIFICENT) but this look is allllllllllllll wrong. Lesson #1- DO NOT over accessorize nor OVER compliment when the dress in itself is enough. Poofy hair + Poofy Dress= Disaster
